2. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to:

- create and manage accounts, carts, orders, preorders, store credit, and saved preferences;
- process payments, save a payment method when authorized, issue refunds, prevent fraud, and maintain transaction records;

- send required operational messages, such as receipts, security and password-reset messages, order updates, and cancellation, refund, or payment notices;
- measure Site usage and ecommerce activity;
- protect customers, enforce our policies, secure the Site, and detect abuse, fraud, or unauthorized activity;
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, reporting, and recordkeeping obligations; and
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
3. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to service providers that perform services for us, including:
- Stripe and other payment providers for payment processing, saved payment methods, refunds, fraud prevention, and related financial services;
- Twilio, mobile carriers, and messaging providers for SMS delivery, opt-out processing, and delivery records;
- SendGrid and related email providers for transactional and marketing email delivery, collection-offer attachments, suppression lists, and delivery events;
- Google Analytics for Site and ecommerce measurement;
- cloud hosting, database, caching, storage, security, and technical-support providers;
- shipping, fulfillment, and delivery providers; and
- accountants, attorneys, insurers, auditors, and other professional advisers.
These providers may use personal information only as permitted by their agreements with us and applicable law.
We may also disclose information when required by law; to protect rights, safety, and security; in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets; or with your direction or consent.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not rent customer lists.
Mobile Information and SMS Consent
Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose mobile information to messaging service providers, aggregators, and carriers solely as necessary to operate our text-messaging programs, deliver messages, process opt-outs, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
4. Email Communications
With your consent, we may send marketing emails about new releases, restocks, drivers you follow, sales, promotions, and related updates. If you separately select cart reminders, we may send reminders about an incomplete cart.
You may unsubscribe from a category through My Account or through the unsubscribe link in a marketing email.
We may continue to send non-marketing messages needed to operate your account or complete a transaction, including receipts, password-reset messages, order and shipping updates, preorder payment requests, cancellations, and refunds.
5. Text Messages
If you separately opt in, we may send:
- Transactional SMS messages, including shipment, fulfillment, claim, exchange, preorder status, cancellation, refund, and payment-related updates. Frequency varies.
- Marketing SMS messages, including deals, new releases, drop alerts, driver or product updates, restocks, and promotions. Marketing subscribers may receive up to 10 messages per month.
Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from all text messages or HELP for help. You may also manage eligible preferences through My Account. Additional program terms appear in our Terms of Service.
6. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, maintain authentication and carts, protect sessions, remember preferences, support caching, and measure Site activity.
These technologies may include:
- essential account, authentication, cart, session, and cache cookies; and
- Google Analytics cookies, including identifiers such as the `_ga` cookie, when analytics is enabled.
Google Analytics helps us understand page views, product views, account signups and logins, checkout activity, and ecommerce performance. Google may process cookie identifiers, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, and usage events under its own terms and privacy practices.
We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or full street addresses to Google Analytics.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent account, cart, or checkout functions from working. You may also use Google's Analytics opt-out tools.
If we enable advertising features or become legally required to offer additional cookie choices, we will provide the applicable notice and controls.
Because browsers do not currently provide a uniform, legally binding interpretation of "Do Not Track" signals, the Site may not respond to those signals. We will honor legally required browser-based opt-out signals when applicable to our processing.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide accounts and services, complete transactions, maintain order and tax records, administer returns and preorders, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
Retention periods vary by record type. For example:
- order and financial records may be retained for legal and accounting periods;
- consent and opt-out records may be retained to demonstrate and honor communication choices;
- suppression records may be retained so that we do not contact an unsubscribed address; and
- collection-offer photographs and correspondence are retained only as reasonably needed to evaluate or document the submission and related transaction.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information.
Payment-card entry is handled by our payment provider, and account authentication cookies are protected using security settings appropriate to their purpose.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You may update certain account, address, email, SMS, and preorder-notification preferences through My Account. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the message link and from text messages by replying STOP.
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:
- request access to personal information;
- request correction or deletion;
- request a portable copy;

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require evidence of authorization and direct identity verification.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Purchases and collection-offer submissions must be made by a person who is at least 18 years old or otherwise has legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.
11. External Sites and United States Processing
The Site may link to services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices.
We operate in the United States, and personal information may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
